Group Agreement + Community Guidelines

Thank you so much for joining The Focusing Connection!

The purpose of The Focusing Connection Network is to assist you in interacting with fellow Focusers and people on their own personal growth journey, just like you. Participating in this network will help you get to know amazing people that you'll meet in our courses, as well as build a supportive community of people who want to practicing Focusing in their daily lives.

----- Getting Involved in Our Community -----

The Focusing Connection was designed so you can help each other as you work to make positive lasting change in your lives, so please keep that in mind as you participate.

(1) First, read the "Group Rules & Guidelines" (at the bottom of this post).

(2) Introduce yourself! Share a bit about yourself and what you're wanting to change in your life. This is also a great time to think about some CALM, CONNECTED, CREATIVE intentions you'd like to set for your life in the coming months - feel free to share these as well!

(3) This group is your community, a place for you to stay connected with others who are also learning Focusing, and share resources. We need your help to make it great!

(4) Like and Comment on other people's posts, provide feedback and answer each other's questions -- that's the best way to get the most out of this community and be there for each other.

I look forward to getting to know you better and helping you along on your Focusing journey!

Warmly,

Ann Weiser Cornell
